Rules & Regulations Rules are subject to change without notice

1: Play and submit answers Monday through Thursday. Remember that only one answer is accepted per clue in each of the four categories.

2: Money not claimed will be rolled over into a jackpot to be played at the end of the quarter.

3: There is NO charge to play What's In My Pocket

4: Weekly prize money will be awarded once a winner is determined. Players that answer all four (4) questions correctly by Thursday become eligible to win. The time and date the fourth correct answer is submitted qualifies the winner. Each week a winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of qualified players. The prize money is awarded as follows: All four answers correct by Monday = $150.00; Tuesday = $100.00; Wednesday = $50.00 and by Thursday = $25.00.

5: Clues become available at 4:00AM EST (1:00AM PST) and run for 24 hours, until the next day roll over. The last day to answer the four questions of the week will be Friday before 12 noon EST.

6: Must be 18 years of age to play. Void where prohibited.

7: Monetary prizes are awarded in US Dollars.

8: Family, friends or relatives of WIMP, LLC and SPIN Communications are not eligible to collect prize money.

9: WIMP LLC, SPIN Communications and host server of whatsinmypocket.com are not responsible for interruptions during play of the game, submissions of responses or notification of winners.

10: Players understand that by becoming a whatsinmypocket.com member entitles the game hosts to post the players name (First and last initial) and city of residence on the web site, specifically the Alumni Page, if they are determined to be a winner of a weekly, monthly or annual prize. Players are welcome to send interesting comments and quotes via emailusalready@whatsinmypocket.com. If players' comments or quotes are selected for the site, the author will be verified before posting.

11: One winner per household per 30 days for weekly prize. A winner cannot win two (2) consecutive monthly prizes.

12: Any information given to WIMP, LLC on the registration page will remain the property of WIMP, LLC. We do not intend to sell that information.
